Scope and editorial screening
The initial collection comprises institution and collaborator research. Records are checked for author identity, document type, title, source date, citation, and file access. Editorial screening addresses completeness and presentation; it is distinct from scientific peer review.
Author responsibility
Authors are responsible for accuracy, originality, attribution, and lawful use of their work. Supplied manuscripts should disclose relevant conflicts of interest, funding, and applicable ethics information. Author order and affiliations must reflect the approved manuscript.
Rights and access
Authors retain the rights specified for their work. Redistribution requires publication authorization and a stated licence or copyright notice. No blanket open licence is applied to manuscripts. Journal versions are linked externally unless hosting is permitted. Source access may change; a DOI is not a guarantee of free full-text access.
Versions and corrections
Metadata corrections should carry a dated change entry. New manuscript versions require a distinct revision date and change note; public versions must not be silently overwritten. Correction, withdrawal, or file-removal notices should normally retain the stable record address and explain the change.
Send requests with the record address or DOI to dr@garch.press.
Files and preservation
The current release is a catalogue of source-hosted works. Public files added later will carry version and checksum information. Source and metadata are exported for maintenance and recovery. No certified-preservation or permanent third-party-archiving claim is made.
Privacy
This release has no visitor accounts, comments, public submission forms, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary access logs. Email enquiries are used to handle the correspondence.

Public submissions are not open in this release. No payment is collected through the site. Changes to submissions, review arrangements, or charges will be described before taking effect.
